What size do I need?

We’ve done our best to provide detailed sizing guides for each product we sell. you’ll find these guides within our product descriptions.

What is Print on demand?

it does what is says on the tin! all of our our apparel is produced (embroidered or printed), only once an order is placed to save both of needless waste and production costs for our tiny indie brand. this is a sustainable business model that works for us and we hope that you can also see the benefits to both small businesses like us and the planet.

Will you be restocking this item?

As all items are print on demand, we will always be able to consider requests for products we not longer stock; so long as they were not promoted at the time as a limited run. just send us an email and we’ll see what we can do.

you haven’t answered my question?

That’s very possible as we’re a small company and our faqs are a work in progress. that sad drop us an email with whatever query you may have and we’ll be more than happen answer you question(s).

Payment



What Payment Types do you accept?

we use stripe to automate payments. this means we accept a wide variety of payments including Amex, visa, mastercard, maestro, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay & Shop Pay.

Why isn’t my discount code working?

there could be a number of reasons why a discount code isn’t working. assuming the code in question hasn’t expired please email us

What do I do if there’s any issue with my order?

Take a deep breath, we’re really sorry! Should you be so unfortunate as to receive an incorrect item, damaged or missing from your order please contact us. If you can send us a photo of the incorrect/damaged item (we know you can’t send a picture if it’s missing) this will help us get any issues resolved quicker.

Can I cancel my order?

this is a shame, but yes you can! As long as your order has not already been dispatched or printed; remember we print on demand in order to reduce on waste. just email us and we’ll do our very best to cancel and refund your order.

How do I make a complaint?

this is a fair question. in the event you might have an issue or feedback please email us and we’ll do our very best to turn that frown upside-down.
