our returns policy
None Other print and embroider every product to order to try and minimise on waste; think of this like each item is made personally for you.
We are happy to accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. We do not offer returns/exchanges on items that are worn, washed or show signs of any type of ware (think perfume and pet hair).
Return and Shipping costs are a customer expense and we encourage you to ship with tracking to prevent any trouble.
To start a return, you can contact us at by email with your order number and details on why you’d like to make your return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we receive your return (there is a 2-3 business day processing time) a code will be issued via email, along with instructions. This code can be used towards the purchase of further items.
Please advise, If a package comes back for any reason ( invalid address, unpaid custom charges) store credit is the only refund option.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products or personalised items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
